Best Tires - New and Used Tire Shop Greensboro NC

The guy is a scammer. When I asked about used tires, they proceeded to just go ahead and put them on without showing me first or letting me know what they would cost. He then charged me 120 for two very mediocre, small used tires. I stated my dissatisfaction, and he proceeded to give me back 25 because "it was my first time there." I would never return there. Plenty of other options.

Service was quick and efficient. Even with the language barrier, I still received great customer service. I was shown the tires before they were put on. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes and had both front tires changed quickly. My only regret was not recording for proof of how well and fast the service was. Definitely recommend if you need fast tire service.

This place is suspicious. They put a tire on my car without asking my opinion on the brand or sizing and I had a hard time finding someone who spoke enough english to understand what I was asking. After I confirmed it was ok, and he said that it was a new tire, I let them replace my other tires. They would not accept credit card or a check as payment, instead they prompted me to go to a local ATM so I could pay in cash. The price they charged was only 1/4th to 1/3rd of normal price, so I was very suspicious. They also told me they don't give receipts. The ride home felt bad. I checked the psi of my tires, one was 40+, another was 33, another was 32, and the last was like 25. So they didn't bother getting the pressure correct. They were making a weird noise so I went to a more reputable business to get them balanced and aligned. I was told the tires I was sold were actually used and the people who originally put them on didn't even bother to try balancing them. I would say if you go here, you can get cheap used tires but you will need to go somewhere else to get them put on properly, the people here have no idea what they're doing and the way they run the business is sketchy.

I'm glad I took the chance and came here. I did not have a long wait, and he was very kind. I was actually quite shocked that he had the tires that I needed because my Ford Transit takes special tires. Also, he is open until 9:00 p.m. certain days.

This shop is a great option for those in need of used tires, especially if you're looking for a place open on Sundays. They have a decent selection, and the service was surprisingly quick. However, the shop's appearance might be off-putting to some, and they only accept cash or Cashapp. It's important to double-check your tire size before leaving, as I had to return due to an incorrect tire. Despite this minor hiccup, the overall experience wasn't terrible.
